Return & Refund Policy

At Shadruchi Foods, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and customer service. However, please note that once goods have been sold, they cannot be returned/exchanged unless they are damaged.

Returns:

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within a day of receiving your order to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and process your exchange.

Refunds:

Refunds will not be issued for damaged goods. Instead, we will exchange the product for a new one.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is damaged.
